Terms & Conditions
Application
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over.
All correspondence will be conducted in English.
Booking
Payment must be sent by Bank transfer, in GBP (pounds), to the account specified. A non- refundable deposit of 30 % is payable immediately upon receiving acknowledgement that a place has been reserved for you. The remaining 70% should be paid six weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. All bank charges incurred outside of the UK should be paid for by the remitter. Confirmations and acknowledgements will be effected by e-mail.
Travel Arrangements
Collection from the airport (Heathrow/ Gatwick/ Bristol only) is dependant upon flight details having been provided by e-mail and confirmed at least 24 hours prior to departure.
Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable
Any cancellation made after the final balance has been paid and notified to us by e-mail, will be refunded on the following basis:
Between 6 and 4 weeks before the holiday starts - 80% refund of balance
Between 4 and 2 weeks - 60% refund of balance
2 weeks or less will be decided on an individual basis. We strongly advise you to arrange suitable holiday insurance cover.
It is the student’s responsibility to make and check their own flight arrangements including passports and visas if required.
Accommodation
Students wishing to prolong their stay in the U.K may do so at a charge of £60 a day for all meals and accommodation, tuition will not be provided. Students will have to make their own arrangements to get to the airport. Please indicate this on your booking form.
Health
Students need to make provision for any medical needs they might have as these will not be covered by Bath Academic Holidays. The British medical service will charge foreign students for use of their services.
Disclaimer
Bath Academic Holidays will make every attempt to follow the programme of events as shown in the programme but we reserve the right to alter or substitute particular items.
Bath Academic Holidays will not be liable for any theft or loss of property in the U.K and we strongly advise you to arrange insurance to cover this eventually.
